Der CX8F-140F ist ein hocheffizienter (92,5 dB, 1 Watt/1 Meter) 8-Zoll-Koaxiallautsprecher mit sehr linearem Frequenzgang und hoher Belastbarkeit. Der Mitteltöner nutzt die von REDCATT entwickelte Zellstoffmembran, die sich bereits in vielen unserer erfolgreichen Designs bewährt hat. Die Hochtonsektion basiert auf unserer bewährten Kalottenbaugruppe, die auch im 140FCD zum Einsatz kommt, und verfügt über ein integriertes symmetrisches Aluminiumhorn. Die Kombination der verwendeten Materialien mit unserer hochmodernen Qualitätsproduktion führt zu einem leistungsstarken Treiber, selbst unter anspruchsvollsten und extremsten Wetterbedingungen. Magnetkreisdesign: Die Ingenieure von REDCATT haben einen Magnetkreis auf Ferrit-Neodym-Basis entwickelt, der höchste Leistung bei kleinem Formfaktor liefert. Die Kombination aus Ferrit und Neodym sorgt für eine hervorragende magnetische Leistung. Das Design des Magnetkreises ist auf minimale Flussmodulation optimiert und bietet so außergewöhnliche Stabilität. Im Hochtonbereich ist ein Aluminium-Demodulationsring verbaut.
